In most cases, not really, just make sure you have no micronutrient deficiencies. How's your diet? If your diet is lacking in any regard for whatever reason, then you may want to consider some micronutrient supplements based on what you're lacking. (Common deficiencies are iron, magnesium, and vitamin D)

There is one that is more theoretical but promising, and that is ashwagandha. I personally take it since I believe the scientific literature on it is extensive enough that it is worth it. It is linked to lowered cortisol and increased levels of testosterone, so I recommend checking it out. There's also fenugreek which I take but there's less evidence for that one.

If you're white and live in the Northern Hemisphere though, you should absolutely take Vitamin D in the winter. Also if you don't go outside much.

This is not for puberty, but some supplements I take, because they're hard to get from your diet, are Creatine Monohydrate (for muscle and performance), Bovine Collagen (Skin), and Astaxanthin (Skin).

You have a good supplement stack, make sure to stay consistent because with all supplements they take a while to show any effects, and sometimes they're underlying so it's hard to even notice much. As for adding magnesium and k2, you can go ahead if you have the money but make sure the magnesium is in a bioavailable and it's not from some website where it might not be magnesium at all. I get my supplements from pharmacies or established brands for that reason.

For fat loss, have you tried tracking calories with something like MyFitnessPal? You need an accurate miniature scale to get the measurements for logging stuff though, and it does take a lot of discipline. It's proven to help you get into the habit of consistent weight loss though. Make sure not to do any crash diets (extreme calorie deficit/starvemaxxing) since it will hurt your hormones, aim for a 200-500 calorie deficit every day (the app calculates your maintenance). If you have the money I recommend Macrofactor instead of myfitnesspal.

I believe being overweight is also linked to mental health a bit, and improving that in ways such as lowering cortisol through meditation or avoiding drama, or adopting a worldview of stoicism can be beneficial in giving you motivation.

I havent tracked calories as I have a strict plan for eating which ik keeps me in a caloric deficit, I skip breakfast as I dont want to go to school shitting myself and then at lunch which is around 11 I eat an apple / banana and then when I get home ill have a meal which is usually chicken/beef/fish with potatoes usually and then maybe eggs and some fruit later on, also alot of water and 1-2 glasses of milk and 2-3 tablespoons of honey, and i've been trying to have a stoic view but it can be hard.

first off, let me just say that you’ve got a whole storm of misplaced assumptions brewing in your fat-loss-and-puberty brain.

grabbing an aromatase inhibitor (ai) like it’s some magic “low estrogen, get shredded quick” pill is not only retarded but outright dangerous.

1. don't fuck with your puberty.

you’re in puberty, meaning your hormones are naturally fluctuating. why the fuck would u use ai? your body needs estrogen during this phase for healthy bone development, brain function, and overall hormonal balance. yes, even as a guy. cutting estrogen too low can royally fuck you over in the long term (brittle bones, messed-up joints, and stunted growth).

2. being fat doesn’t mean your estrogen is sky-high

sure, adipose tissue (fat) can produce some estrogen, but unless you’re medically diagnosed with something like gyno or actual estrogen dominance, your levels are probably within the normal range. and even if they’re a bit off, losing weight naturally through diet and exercise will regulate them on its own. no need to nuke your system with an ai like some clueless retard.

3. ais are not weight-loss drugs

using an ai when you don’t need one is an overkill and just plain dumb. ais are meant for medical conditions, like treating certain cancers or legit hormonal disorders under strict supervision. abusing them can fuck up your testosterone-to-estrogen balance, leading to mood swings, libido issues, and worse (permanent damage to your endocrine system).

4. just focus on the basics

if you’re fat, your first priority is to stop stuffing your face withshit and get moving. dial in your calorie deficit, eat more protein, lift weights, and do some cardio. this isn’t rocket science. your hormones will start to normalize as you lose fat, and you’ll build a healthier body without sabotaging your puberty.

5. leave it to the professionals

if you’re really concerned about your hormones, go to a doctor. not a youtube “biohacker” or some forum full of retards who think broscience is actual science. get bloodwork done if necessary, and stop trying to self-medicate like you’re some unlicensed chemist.

you shouldn’t touch an ai unless a doctor tells you to. and frankly, trying to shortcut your way to health with dangerous compounds while still in puberty screams desperation and stupidity.

Thank u I wont take an AI, but I didnt want to hack it for fat loss I just wanted it to lower my estrogen a bit so my growth plates dont close as quick cuz I dont think I have that much time for growth but ill just continue with fat loss and hope for the best, Thank you.

I dont have money + place to hide it+ im scared of the risks
Don't listen to those people telling you to take roids during puberty let alone ever. There are so many negative effects from roids anyways

Alright thanks man I won’t but are there any natural things that could help me during puberty aside from the obvious?
