How To Maximize Puberty Heightwise?

I’m 16 1/2 years old, and my bone age is over two years behind, meaning I’m also two years behind on puberty. Other than the obvious downsides of looking younger and being shorter than my peers, it gives me more time to hopefully maximize things like my height.

Right now, I am in the middle of my growth spurt, right now about 170cm, but just a year ago I was 158cm. My parents are average height (175cm dad & 172cm mom) but nearly all my relatives are tall. Although im short now, a doctor took a bone scan and estimated i would be in the range of 177-190cm, and my goal is anything above 180cm.

What I’m asking is what can I take right now to hopefully give me a better chance of reaching my maximum potential height. I’ve seen some stuff like HGH being mentioned, but I’ve also heard it can make puberty worse overall and actually decrease results sometimes. To be completely honest I’m not too sure and I’m hoping one of you can recommend something, if there’s even anything that would help me besides eating and sleeping good.

6-10 iu hgh daily or if youre poor 500mcg cjc with dac daily

185 would be great compared to my current 170. What vitamins should I focus on specifically? I have nearly every vitamin available to me in a cabinet so I have options in that area lmao.

Multivitamin
D3, 50ug - 100ug ed
K2, 200mcg ed
Zinc, 25mg ed
Magnesium 250-500mg ed
