You must fix your sleep first. Here's some advice as a person that suffers from sleep problems:

  • Sleep in a room with open windows:
    • Fresh air circulation is beneficial for maintaining optimal oxygen levels in your brain.
  • Consistent sleep schedule:
    • Going to bed and waking up at the same time each day helps regulate your body's internal clock, promoting better sleep quality.
  • Sleep in complete darkness:
    • Darkness signals to your body that it's time to produce melatonin, a hormone crucial for sleep. Blocking out light can improve the depth and quality of your sleep.
  • Use earplugs:
    • Blocking out noise can help create a more peaceful sleep environment, especially if you live in a noisy area or have disruptive sounds.
  • Avoid eating right before sleep:
    • Eating too close to bedtime can lead to indigestion and disrupt sleep. You don't want to suffer from acid reflux at night, plus, it will impact gratly the quality of your sleep.
  • Sleep 8 hours minimum.
  • VERY IMPORTANT:
    • IF YOU BELIEVE YOU SNORE AT NIGHT, TRY TO GET CHECKED FOR FUCKING SLEEP APNEA, THAT SHIT WILL RUIN YOUR LIFE.

Do you have sleep apnea? Fixed it?
It depends brah. In my case it is caused due to breathing difficulties in my nose, so unless I fix my chronic congestion it won't go, but for some it could be that their brains end up relaxing the throat muscles too much and they end up snoring. Your type of sleep apnea can only be diagnosed by a sleep study, and depending on that you could quality for a device that helps keep your airway open.

running, meditation, weight lifting, and getting rid of all addictions or major sources of quick, meaningless pleasure (porn, junk food, TV, video games, internet, smoking, alcohol). using them in moderation is fine

go camping for a weekend. just you and your dog if you have one, and maybe a book.
