take a pic from around 6ft away. now measure esr (divide interpupillary distance by bizygomatic) and one eye spacing (take the length of one of your eyes and divide by distance of your inner corners.) Now look at the ideal ranges of both measurements: esr 44,5-47%, one eye spacing: around or a little below. Now see where you lie for your asessment of eye spacing
