You can't. Unless you measure the iris, which is usually between 12-13mm, and use that as a frame of reference. it's not 100% accurate though.
 
The beginning points are the X and Y, the horizontal (B) and the vertical (H) distance that were covered on the x- y axis. W is the angle between 2 lines, youll see that if you draw one line and press ALT and drag a new line from one of the 2 existing points. L1 is the covered distance. L1 and L2 are the covered distances if you measure an angle

in your example your example damians philtrum is (presumably measured in pixels) 72.01 long. to calculate something out of this youd also want to measure his chin lenght and then read the result of L1 and calculate the ratio.
