i’m an artist so i use a ruler

but i do dabble with Gimp (free photoshop) and there is a tool to measure on there

then you just have to do the math

It's a ratio dude, u can measure it with seashells even
 
What I do is take a picture in the mirror from 6 feet away. Then I fire up MS paint and just go off. This is peak autism but it works.
