Nice Jacket + sweater combo. Also your philtrum looks average. As long as your chin length is more than your philtrum length it's not a issue.

Reducing it a bit 3mm or so would improve my fwhr and upper to lower lip ratio

Yes but only slight like 3mm Vermillion Advancement upper only
Its hard to measure due to Erythema but its currently like 17mm
