I get so jealous when I see someone (especially someone who gets regular sex and love) get to eat whatever they want while I am forced to fast and starve just for a chance to get foids.

Get on stimulants, after getting diagnosed with adhd I started taking dex and lost like 20 pounds in one month without noticing. The meds shut down your appetite and accelerate your metabolism. If you have a hard time controlling your eating habits you might actually have impulse control issues which could be a sign of adhd so it might be something to look into

I can’t believe I fell for the eating meme. Just chew gum if u wanna retain ur jaw muscles and maybe eat one meal every 2 days. Legit looking better every day. And every day my IOIs are scarily increasing, I legit can’t walk through the cafeteria without at least 3 different foids staring at me...
