How do you know you are mewing properly with your whole tongue? Also share some before and afters of mewing, some people say facial structures don't change because of mewing but because of overall aging and developing of the skull. Opinions?

then you must create a vacuum between the tongue and the palate, this method is called "suction hold"
remember to push the maxilla up with your tongue, not forward
