How to Mew properly?

I’ve been attempt to mewing for 6ish months, however I am not sure if I am performing it correctly. I have pretty straight and aligned teeth and I am easily able to press my posterior third to the roof of my mouth and create suction. However, I cannot prevent the tip of my tongue from slightly touching my front teeth. Is this bad? Is there a way to fix this?

your whole tongue should be pressing on the roof of your mouth, and try to not to touch your teeth with your tongue. It is easy, maintain that tongue posture the entire day. I can even mew while sleeping.
