How to microdose topical 0.3 finasteride?

Title. The doctor chick recommended 1-2ml once a day (saying that topical doesn't go systemic so impossible to overdose(, but some research says that systemic DHT reduction would equal that of a 5mg oral finasteride.

Do I really need to go 1/10 of a recomended dose?
