Xenoestrogens are absolutely terrible for you, making it harder for you to lose weight, decreasing muscle mass, messing up your hormonal balance, and a lot more shit (basically making you a soyboy)

Ways you are exposed to Xenoestrogens daily include:
  • Tap water, spring water is advised, preferably glass bottled
  • Wearing clothing made from synthetic materials such as polyester
  • Consuming drinks or foods wrapped in plastics
  • Touching receipts
  • Buying foods sprayed with pesticides, herbicides and fungicides
  • Artificial food additives
  • Artificial Food preservatives
  • Air fresheners
It is best to avoid them completely but since you most likely live in a modern city where to Xenoestrogens are everywhere it is almost impossible to do that so

Here's a list on things that you can do to detox Xenoestrogens in your body:
  • Having a healthy liver, the liver is your body’s primary organ of detoxification
  • Eating raw saturated fats such as raw cheese, toxins bind to fats, eat more fat and you will detox faster
  • Sweating more, sweating is a way of the body to release toxins
