Hello,today I will be explaining how important it is to maximize your puberty,how do to so,and other things.The reason I wanted to make this thread is because I see alot of new users saying "How do I maximize my puberty","How do i become more attractive at 14-17),etc..


First of all,age is not a good indicator of what stage of puberty you're in.
Take Micheal for example,he's 13,has a mustache and mutton chops.
Now Imagine Josh,he's 16 and has no facial hair whatsoever.

Now that I've stated why age is not a good indicator of which stage of puberty you're in,the real question is "So how do i figure it out accurately??"
The simple answer to your question is,there are many,but the most recognized ones used by experts and clinics are Tanner stage tests,hormone blood tests,and other extremly professional methods which are not needed.

If I'm being real with you,you only need to really take the tanner stage test.If you can and you are willing to do a hormonal blood test that's even better.

You can get them done at a clinic if you want both,but if you are only passing the tanner stage test you can do it online for free.
Now it's good to know that self-testing can work but it's not as accurate as getting it from a professional.

During puberty,your body goes through tons of changes,in hormones,height,weight,body composition,etc..if not maximized,you'll end up shorter than your genetic ceiling,you're facial bones won't be as developped which is gonna leave you recessed or lacking bonemass,you might develop gynecomastia (AKA Gyno) as a grown adult,and also unbalanced hormones.Trust me,you don't want any of that.

Now I sure as hell doubt that anyone here is in tanner stage 1 :lul:,if you have younger siblings or relatives that are in this stage you should advice them to prepare for a healthy puberty by making sure they are getting suffficient macro and micronutrients like zinc,magnesium,vitamin D,and protein ,ensure they get over 8 to 9 hours of quality sleep every night and make sure they're circadian rhythm is on point.Make sure they're playing a bit of sports like,football,basketball or any type of outside activity,or making sure they aren't sedentary.

Now that you're finally almost starting puberty,your body is finally starting to produce test so it's important to help it by eating a sufficent amount of Zinc and Vitamin D,and protein.This is the perfect age to start doing calisthenics,it's a good form of resistance training and is extremly safe for the most part.You should keep doing other activities like moving around,football,basketball,etc..For sleep,continue getting 8 to 9 hours of quality sleep and make sure you have a good circadian rhythm.

Puberty has just started for you,which means your test levels could be through the roof right now, and so could growth hormone.If you are underweight or have good body composition,being in a slight caloric surplus with quality macros is NEEDED,aim for a 150 to 200 cal surplus daily and hit all your macros,not just protein,all of them need to be hit.You should also make sure your micronutrients are on point,mainly Vitamin D and magnesium.This is the perfect age also to start weight training and sprinting.During this time,it's also important to manage your stress,higher levers of stress causes an increase in cortiso levels which is bad for your hormone stability which is needed at this time,and also sleep. If severely overweight,with the help and authorization of a professional lose weight.

There is no way to maximize puberty its all genetics

If its really 99% genetics that 1% will NOT make a difference lmao its more like 90%
Well you cant truly put a percentage on it tbh,health is still a really good to way maximize ur apperance

Yea so fucked, Tanner stage between 4.1-4.4. Haven't grow since i was 13ish (now 15.7). Didn't even surpass my mother in height:feelswhy::feelswhy: (all cause i was fat and had to cut 10 months long:feelswah:)(Been in Tanner stage 4 since i was 13:hnghn:)

Height is not something predictable,atleast not accurately.Just maximize it and hope for the best.
