To block DHT, you need fin or dut or topical anti-androgens like RU and CB.

But what hair growth stimulants are there? (anagen phase prolongation and maximizing)

The ones that I know of:

1) Topical Caffeine

2) Oral castor oil

3) Topical / Oral Minoxidil (warning: oral minoxidil can be dangerous, shown to cause left ventricular hypertrophy; however it's very effective for hair growth stimulation)

4) Topical Stemoxin

5) Topical peppermint and rosemary oil (you need a carrier oil for this, to dilute the essential oils in, a carrier oil like coconut oil, black seed oil etc) 10% (so 10ml of each in 100ml eg. coconut oil)

Are there any other things that work?

Alfatradiol did grow like 4k hairs in one study on females. It's also a decent carrier for RU

Ibutamoren (MK-677) boosts IGF-1 and HGH, which in turn is supposed to increase the rate of hair growth

Doesn't HGH increase free test tho?

Have you tried spironolactone? it's the male to female transition drug but maybe at low doses it could revert hairloss

No, it's quite dangerous unless you're a tranny.

Like I said, for DHT blocking you got all those drugs I've listed in the OP, they're safe and effective. We need anagen-phase prolongation now, hence the thread.

for growth stimulant purposes ( apart from what you already stated) i'd say

- adenosine

- everything pge2 and pgf2a related ( topical pge2 / bimatoprost/ latanoprost)

- copper peptides

- growth factor like ( igf-1 etc)

- wnt activator

but realisticaly if you don't want to waste your money on shit that won't do much anyway stick to minox topical or oral

MK-677 has no effect on natural test production or endocrine functions in general
it increases prolactin many folds and lowers T over time unless u supplement with vitamin E
