Unironically you have to lie to yourself constantly
Sometimes its beneficial to be delusional to a certain extent as accepting reality can fuck you up even more in the present leading to a worse outcome in the future
My advice is take some sort of stimulant like Adderall and become so neurotic you can convince yourself of anything worked for me
