Ever since this quarantine began, I developed good habits like taking my supplementation and sleep schedule serious, watching my macros, not drinking alcohol, having an evening skin routine etc. But I worry most of this is gone by the time my uni opens up again, because I have a roommate, and we have to share like 5 bathrooms with 30 other people. Maybe at night when I want to sleep everyones still awake, maybe when I want to do my skincare routine in peace, 5 people have to go shit. Maybe when invited to parties, I consume alcohol again because thats the only way dancing and shit like that is funny/enjoyable.
Any advice? I still want to be part of the group but dont want to sacrifice looksmaxing for it.
