I'm going to a house party in 2 weeks and I need to become NT so I don't sperg out if (hopefully) I get approached.
I'll smoke weed before and during it and I will drink some vodka. Should that be enough? I threw away all my phenibut because I feel really shit for a few days after it and I consider roping.

You have to drink first then smoke. Also I wouldn't take anything else with that.
