Too broke for reta? Scared of quality standards from underground labs? Need to lose a shit ton of weight in a short time frame?
Here's everything I know of to suppress your fatass appetite. As a former lard ass myself, I like to think I know a thing or two about suppressing your appetite because once you're a fatass, you can lose the weight, but the appetite will NEVER go away.
Disclaimer: THIS IS NOT SUSTAINABLE OR HEALTHY AT ALL, JUST FOR THOSE WHO WANT TO LOSE WEIGHT RAPIDLY ON A SEVERE CALORIE DEFICIT
Black Coffee/Caffeine - most basic thing you should be doing first before anything else, i recommend 800mg caffeine per day and black coffee first thing in the morning. Reign and Monster are my go to energy drink options and get caffeine pills as well
Fasting/OMAD - only eat once per day preferably around noon because it's easier to not eat than to eat a little bit
Fat Burners - most of them are scams or just caffeine with a bunch of other bullshit, the only one that i've tried that works pretty well is Gorilla Mind's AM and PM Cyclean and Apelyne Appetite Suppressant. Only take the AM dose before working out or doing physical activity because it will turn you into a human furnace with how much you sweat and you will be wired for a solid 3-4 hours. Gorilla Mind's nootropic formula works ok too for appetite suppression
Water - Drink at least 1 gallon of water per day, preferably drink 1 oz per lb of body weight
Carbonation - spam diet sodas, sparkling water, and zero sugar drinks to promote satiety
Protein - get at least 1.2g per lb of body weight as protein is the most satiating macro
Fiber - supplement fiber with metamucil or psyllium husk as fiber makes you feel full
Volume foods - lettuce, zero sugar jello, strawberries, lean meat
Melatonin - chances are you're gonna be so hungry that you can't sleep so take some melatonin
Sleep - make sure you're getting 8-9 hours of sleep at least and if you can, sleep through the whole day so that you can't be awake to be hungry
Electrolytes - most of the time, you're not hungry, you're just dehydrated. I prefer santa cruz electrolytes but if you're broke just drink salt water
