So what you are going to do is:

my bench went from 60 kg to 67.5kg from month 1 to 4 and i havnt measured in 2 momths bc im 6 months on semen retention,keep in mind i stayed within 2 pounds of weight between each time, thats the only lift i can track and the only reason i know these numbetrs is because i go to the gym with my brother every couple months but i never lift bc it ages you
