I heard this from one guy from tiktok,at first I didnt believe him but i think its true
-EVERYONE that struggles with binging (idk how to spell it) has some kind of trigger.
-EVERYTIME you overeat,try to think what triggered that and why did you do it.
-For some people it may be for example:if u didnt shower (u feel greasy and then overeat)
-FOR ME PERSONALLY- i always hear online you can fit any food in a calories deficit if u control ur calories,that is true but for me the amount of nutella i can have in a deficit or kinder bueno isnt just enough and i get such a dopamine spike and i just overeat and have cravings if i let myself have a little of the junk food.
HOW I FIXED MY BINGING: I started eating 100% clean,while i still crave sugar,i fix that by having oatmeal (good fiber,low Glycemic index,slow-digesting) with WHEY DRIP (THE KING FOR SUGAR CRAVINGS),also apples,and then i just fill out my fats and protein for the day and thats it
I found out that having the same thing everyday that works for me is the key to sticking to a diet
Every day i have approx:
400-500g of apples
30-60g of whey drip with 100g oatmeal
tuna or chicken or cottage cheese for protein with protein tortillas,
i do lack fats so sometimes i have 3-4 eggs cause you need fats for hormones
