It did work for me, but I don't think the benefits are worth it, it's quite expensive and you honestly don't need to have high oxytocin. The only scenario I think it would be worthwhile taking oxytocin is if you're actually autistic or diagnosed aspie. And if that's the case there are a few other compounds studied and proven to reduce autistic symptoms in adults.

For normal people, it's much more efficient to enhance your cognition and improve your neurotransmitters and hormones naturally, and work on your social skills and social connections
