I’m 17, naturally very skinny with a low appetite. I struggle to eat enough calories daily even when I try to force it. I’m not lazy — the main issue is I just don’t feel hungry most of the time.


I’ve tried basic advice like:


  • Eating more frequently
  • Drinking calories
  • Training

But my appetite is still very low, so consistency is the biggest problem.


I’m looking for advanced methods to increase hunger naturally or pharmacologically.

Eat on the same times everyday and don’t eat any vegetables or stuff with a lot of fiber

i used this cope for a month, but it does work for hunger, no longer on it but now can consume 3000+ non existing calories easily per day
just dont eat carbs or goyslop

Why bulk, lean is law. Just eat meat based and go on keto, so u can stay lean while being healthy and gaining muscle. If you want to gain weight you should focus on building muscle instead of becoming fat. Go on a fbeod or ulur so you get that optimal high frequency. Eating more frequently and drinking calories is bs. Eating once or twice per day is the most optimal if you are fat adapted. Don't listen to these fat gymcels who tell you, that you need bulk up, because your skinny. Stay lean and mog.

i beat my eating disorder (arfid) through a medication called cyproheptadine, my prescribed dose was 4mg but i bumped it up to 8 because i was still in caloric deficit with 4mg u should look into it, theres also mk-677 but someone else already mentioned it here

theres also a decent amount of roids that stimulate appetite
