abs and core excersises can improve posture
also neck training

most people have one shoulder lower than the other. could be cause by leaning on one hip.
i still haven't visit a pt yet but i plan to in then next 2 weeks

Probably super autistic but I’m pretty sure the key is don’t sit down in a chair ever, I squat and lounge etc. This is how our ancestors lived, this is how the Hadzabe live and they are free of any ailments in posture.

Wb forward head but w a slight hunch thing

When you are standing, always stand like you are trying to touch the ceiling with the top of your head.

yea but sometimes the muscles in the back are too tight that even maintaining good posture isnt enough, u need posture exercises

Gymmax and stretchings every single day before sleep or whenever, that's the bare minimum to counter the ridiculous amounts of hours we spent sitting nowdays. Check your body problems and fix them if you have them, like pelvic tilt and all the rest.

I'll look into it thanks
I have pretty much a little "gym" at home with that pullup bar, a wooden thick bar and few 10lbs bottles filled with water and taped to each other. Can do many exercises on high reps and if the gym closes due to coronameme im not going to deflate at least.

How tall are u.

forward head posture got fixed for me by doing both neck curls and reverse neck curls. the reverse neck curls are more important tho

Damn do u plan on leg lengthening man.
Yes
8cm with leg lengthening will take me up to 5' 11" 180cm
and then with 2 inch insoles I'm easily 6' 1" tbh

but even then I wouldn't need insoles

besides I am hoping I can grow to 5' 9" at least bc I'm still in puberty (17)

Damn great dont listen to all the retard mental cases saying u will be cripple u wont man. Dont know If u want my advise but ima give it anyway maybe it helps u man. Before the surgery go hard as hell on stretching because tendons not adapting to a new stretched place is the reason for bad recovery it has nothing to do with actual bone. Do both tiba and femur for mechanical reasons. Measure ur sitting height and ur inseam and divide it and dont go over 50 percent or u will will look retarded man.

I agree with everything you said, I did my research and yeah the surgery is relatively safe provided you get it from a good surgeon.

As for proportions, Dr. Paley himself said proportions are cope which makes sense actually. Unless you have a below average wingspan for your starting height, it won't be noticeable.

Arnold Schwarzeneggar, Henry Cavill and a classmate in my school who's 6' 4" all have disproportionate bodies yet they're all natural. No one focuses much on proportions tbh, you need a strongly trained eye to do that. My wingspan is above average for my height and so when I lengthen to 5' 11" I will be fine proportions-wise for the most part.

Two surgeries on tibia and femur sound good in theory, but recovery-wise, time and finances, pretty bad decision to make tbh. I would rather just lengthen 8CM on Femur with STRYDE and be done with it. Most surgeons also recommend this.

And measure ur wingspan and dont go over 2 inches for ur height man.
