My face looks a bit more bloated during extremely wet and humid weather compared to dry weather where I look very lean and defined in the face

Well you can move country for starters
But if that's not possible, and if you are sure it is because of humidity levels, then think about buying a dehumidifier for your house.
I've got one personally, and it works great!

Also, check these two links out:
Mainly sleep, food, water, stress, dehydration (especially), can cause this.
But a dehumidifier (+ air purifier if you want) is a lifesaver.

Thank you, yes I do have a dehumidifier in my home
it's just when I'm OUTSIDE it can get a bit more bloated + my skin quality gets slightly worse in humid weather

Okay, I'll just list some things you can do for when you are outside:
  • Stay Hydrated
    • Aim for at least 8-10 glasses of water a day.
    • Limit Caffeine and Alcohol: Both can cause dehydration, leading to water retention.
  • Diet
    • Reduce salt ofc
    • High Potassium foods: bananas, sweet potatoes, spinach
    • Avoid sugar and sugary drinks
    • Carry water and Electrolyte drinks: they will replenish minerals lost from sweat
    • Eat light.. heavy meals will increase body temp and then bloating
    • Berries are good too
    • Drink herbal teas with diuretic properties like dandelion root or nettle, or parsley tea
    • High-Water-Content Foods
      • cucumbers, watermelon, and celery
  • Cardio
    • will remove water retention through sweat
  • Sleep
    • 7-9 hours. Sleep quality will be bad but since u got dehumidifer you are chilling
  • Cold Compress
    • Ice pack/ Cold cloth to reduce swelling and increase circulation
    • Cooling anti-perspirant wipes that you can carry around too
  • Clothes/Footwear
    • Wear lightweight, breathable clothing made of natural fibers like cotton or linen
    • Light-coloured, reflective clothing to deflect sunlight
    • Cooling Insoles to regulate body temperature
    • Cooling Jewelry, bracelets or necklace filled with phase-change materials that can be pre-cooled
  • Skincare
    • Hydrating serum before moisturizer
    • Lightweight sunscreen 50+ SPF
    • Aloe vera gel to your face before heading out
    • Chill used green tea bags and place them over your eyes to reduce bloating
  • Stay in Shade
  • Carry a cooling gel pack, that is reusable
  • Phone-connected mini fan
  • Lymphatic Drainage Techniques
  • Gua Sha
  • Acupressure Points
    • LI20 (near the nostrils) and ST2 (under the eyes) can be effective
  • Jade Roller: Use a chilled jade roller
  • Essential Oils
    • Peppermint or Lavender Oil: Apply a diluted blend of peppermint or lavender essential oil to your temples and neck
  • Facial Misting spray with Mineral Water
    • or Cucumber and Aloe Vera Spray DIY, store overnight after mixing mineral water with these
    • Ultrasonic Mist: Use a nano mist sprayer that produces a fine, cooling mist
  • Adaptogenic Herbs
    • Ashwagandha or holy basil, reduce stress
  • Wearable Peltier Units

Humidity in air bring more agression in ur body increasing pathogens inhalation, increasing alergic responses and overall increasing inflammation leading to a more bloated aspect

Solution is using rich anti oxidants and anti inflammatory food sources, containing fibers and MUFA among the rest

So i recommend 2 tablespoons of olive oil a day and increased almonds consumption

+ Draven is at least 7 PSL
