How to prevent diet related breakout?

Skins the best its been in years rn. Been autistically obsessed with keeping it clean until a special event(tomorrow night) and autistically ate a PBJ for lunch without thinking. Any way I can salvage this or am I baked?
I understand im acting like this PBJ is the end of the world but if I break out im gonna fucking rope.
