Eat enough when u can so after ur fast but remember don’t over eat cuz that’s terrible for ur health and will make u bloated. Also u can train slightly less and won’t see significant muscle loss, and u can build it up quickly after Ramadan due to muscle memory. But idk, I stopped working out a year ago
