How to proceed surgically?

Hey guys, i know my flaws on my lower third :
- narrow lower third (side wing)
- very slightly short chin (geniopladty)
- very slightly narrow chin (i dont know)
- my ramus slightly is above my mouth (inverted L osteotomy)

In what order would you fix this flaws? im confised because in the ramus i would need 2 procedures, Inverted L for longer ramus and Side wing for wider bigonial

Thank you very much guys! I think my bad neck insertion makes my side profile/forward growth look worse, whenever i tense my neck to make it look more backwards i look like this :

My mouth goes past my nasion slightly, is my lower jaw that is behind (lack of chin projection)
