Easy, a vast majority are drowning in debt, have been foreclosed on, and have a low credit score.

You can offer a complete package:

1.) Redeem all their money that they paid into their foreclosed home through accessing their surplus funds. This will give them a solid boost in revenue and you will receive a solid 5%.
