At 14, your body is still growing, and puberty will play a really important role in the development of your jaw. It’s around 17-19 years old that you'll start seeing significant changes, with accelerated growth in your face and jaw, especially if you're still going through puberty. That’s when you'll really "ascend" the most, meaning your face will become more defined and structured. In the meantime, maintaining good posture, chewing properly, and eating a balanced diet can help support this natural process. But it’s really after puberty that you’ll see the most noticeable results

my mom has a wide palate and a forward chin while my dad's is kinda recessed

whos traits do u most resemble or do u have baby fat and cant tell yet
 
Make sure youre eating right, consistenly working out, and sleeping right. If you do this you will optimize ur jaw genetics and will usually have an above average mandible/jaw. Of course alot of it is genetics but you can still make somewhat of a difference. Put 10lbs+ of muscle on your frame. The journey to do so will optimise your hormone profile and increase test especially if you do heavy compounds. Also do a sport every once in a while.

In my opinion your best bet would be to neck train to try the snatch the hyoid and make your jaw sharper. If your chin will stay slightly recessed but if you can pull it off then that’s good but if not you can always get a chin implant in the future
 
oh damn, which ones do u recommend
just train neck flexion and extension with a light plate a few times a week and progressively over load
