So last time i fermented them, it was absolute shit im not gonna lie
I used pasture raised eggs ofc
What i did was leave it completely exposed for 1 week in a glass, in a closet
Surprisingly it didn't smell
But it was so hard to drink it cuz this shit literally wasn't a liquid anymore i swear, the yolks became hard and shit
So how do i actually ferment eggs?
Btw I'm gonna be leaving it outside for max 3-7 days
Not any longer
Because i need it ASAP. I need the high and the low inhib. I know the longer the better but can't help it.
Do I make a little hole on the egg or something?
