How to properly mew?

I dont know if im doing it right and I cant mvoe the back 3rd of my tounge up and even when I do it fat somehow is more showing on my hyoid or around jaw and just sucking in like a turkey neck. I am retarded and dont understand what im doing wrong I did the saying king slowly and still dont know how.


Also with how to hard mew and is mewing supposed to have pressure and how should my teeth touch while doing it
