how to protect heart on stimulants

im currently taking vyvanse ED (sometimes adderall)
my vyvanse dose is around 70 mg 6-8 AM and a redose of 50-80 mg at 10 AM

sleep is okayish, but since im on gear too, how do i prevent heart issues
the vyvanse redose lowkey needed cuz it just wears off after 4 hours for me

if you're on gear you shouldnt be taking stimulants in the first place, look at telimsartan/cialis, and ezetimbe. they should help.

telimsartan/cialis wouldve been in the ancillaries for the blast anyways (if my BP went too high up)
ezetimbe for cholesterol good to have on hand
