LOL do you really believe you'll be 6'3 when you're 5'8 at 15? you have to be extremely lucky to even get to 5'11 much less 6'3.

Never do Mouthbreathing and stop using screens or watch it, go out EVERY FUCKING day, and go to gym.
Or you'll fuck up a good potential PSL 6+ like me, getting to 5.5 maximum at best without surgery.

Thats my daily routine i do 100 pullups 100 situps 100 pushups ( bc im too low iq for the gym) and the other stuff

I also megadose zinc and arginie now

What is good for the zinc and arginie ?

i was litteraly quite above average, and had the potential of beeing a 6, but i fucked everything up : my main issues were the eyes and his area who get fucked up by screens/glasses etc and the lower third who could have been top tier without mouth breathing.

and droppy lower third most of the time.
Even my upper eyelid exposure wasn't important.
