Get enough sleep, eat healthy and get movement, that should be the basis for anyone really but its especially important during development.
Make sure you avoid oxalate foods, they bind to calcium and that calcium could be going to your bones instead, take a dive into essential nutrients [B12, D3...] and into anti-nutrients

Try to get 8 to 10 hours of sleep every night so your body can release growth hormone the most possible. Eat plenty of protein along with dairy, eggs, and leafy greens to support bone health. Stay active with sports like basketball or swimming, which help your body grow and stay strong.
Have good posture. Avoid smoking and macdonalds
