I'm 187 cm barefoot which is not a bad height imo but I wouldn't mind being a bit taller. I've been going to the gym a lot lately but I'm still a complete skeleton, at my current diet I'm gaining about half a kilo a month and it will likely be quite a while until I'm big. Especially my legs are thin, can you pull of big shoes like Timberlands with skinny legs or is it just retarded looking? I've been thinking about wearing 2 pair of jeans over each other to help the problem but that's probably my sperg side running wild with ideas so idk if it would work in practice.

Funny I am also exactly your height and I also own a pair of Timbs just like yours.

Yeah, that's probably your sperg side compelling you to do it.

Yeah, that's probably your sperg side compelling you to do it.
Would people notice though? If they're the same color?

Yeah something like this, if I wear skinny jeans on the inside with some sort of bigger pear around it I don't think it would be that obvious. And I'd add a good bit of mass to my calves.

u work out
Yeah like I said I'm going to the gym, but I doubt I'll see serious gains in my calves for at least half a year or so, if not longer, it's about frauding the mass until I have it for real.

JUST WEAR THEM LIKE A NORMAL PERSON

Yeah but those are some BIG shoes while my calves aren't, at all. My sisters even said I look stupid with shoes like that.

Oh I am quite thin as well and they don't look nearly as stupid on me as they apparently do to you.
I just wear mildly baggy jeans and they make me seem like a normal guy with them. Try that.

protip: the secret to large calves isn't what you do in the gym it's your feet positioning while you walk.

Calve2

(these are my calves, I have never done a calve specific lift, in fact the only thing I do for my legs in general is deadlifts)

if you walk on your toes, as in, most of your plantar pressure is on the front of your feet you will disproportionally use your calves while walking, the pressure of most people is evenly distributed, hence why they've got small calves, but walking on your toes is also a sign of autism.

this is what the average person looks like.

autism doesn't just affect your brain, it changes your entire physiology.

you aren't even experiencing the same reality as normies, your body endogenously produces mind altering LSD derivatives in abnormal quantities.

who tf wears timberlands

Sometimes I wear Dr. Martens 1460, which give a decent height boost (I am 182 cm - almost 6' - barefoot, anyway, thus in Italy I don't feel it's useful). Once I have put them on with a pair of slim-fit (not skinny) jeans and a friend foid immediately called me out for my alleged "chicken legs": I haven't chicken legs at all, but bulky shoes and slim pants are often a very dangerous match.

incentive to go to the gym
