How to Quickly Improve Elevated Blood Values from Test

My platelets and leukocytes were elevated in my last blood test because of testosterone. I take 270mg. He Should not find out about this, so my doctor wants to do another blood test in the next few days. What can I do to improve these values quickly? Should I stop taking testosterone for the next few days so the values improve? Drink a lot of water and take omega-3? What else can I do?

Say it's a temporary spike, or loss of blood some time ago. I mean they cant link it to steroid use, how would they?
