This is a pretty shitty guide, honestly, low-effort, but I don't care, wanted to share it anyway. Recommend reading "Beauty Potential: How Facial Beauty is Retained or Lost" for more insight on child facial development
I think like 60% of this forum are kids between 13 and 18 years of age, nothing wrong with that, get educated youth before it's too late. However, a good bunch of us are in our early to mid 20s, others are at an age where society kinda expects you to get married and start thinking about having children, but regardless of what stage you're at, it's never too early to start thinking about this if you plan to have kids.
RULES TO RAISE A MOGGER CHILD:
- Physical exercise
- Sun exposure and vitamin D content
- Even chewing on both sides
- Getting a full array of micronutrients from your diet, complete RDA depending on age
- Being breastfed for as long as possible
- Being taught to keep your lips closed
- Being taught to breathe exclusively through the nose
- Being taught proper swallowing mechanics
- Having better posture be mandatory
- Taking out foods which cause bloating or allergies from the diet
- Sleeping with your face pointing to the ceiling
- Eating hard foods and being allowed to eat with your hands
- Avoiding the usage of cutlery very early
- Correcting any sign of poor teeth development as early as possible.
- Of course, mewing.
These are foundational rules for a child's proper facial development, aside from your and your partner's genetics, this is largely what will determine how good-looking your child could be. The earlier you start and the most strict you are, the better. Plus, think about it, putting actual effort into your kid's physical appearance could be very rewarding in many ways.
Youngcels and oldcels, it is our responsibility to make sure the following generations MOG.
