How do I even drink 2L+ of water without just straight chugging from a plastic bottle. Ive been chugging from my plastic bottle for more than a year now and I havent noticed any effects but I think its bad.

Do I fill a waterbottle with tap water cus wouldnt it defeat the purpose if I fill my waterbottle with water that comes from plastic bottles???

you cant escape anymore tap waters has too many sodium and most of cities tap water are not drinkable idk about yours

Idk the real health risks for microplastics but seems like a concern cus of all these fuckass news outlets stressing me about it

I don't know how I'm gonna source good quality water if it matters at all it seems like everythings been through some kind of processing or plastic containers

Well it's my local water supplier. I'm not sure where you live but you could buy spring water in glass bottles but it's expensive as shit.

Get a glass water bottle and reverse osmosis drinking water filter system.
