You need to stretch consistently, over time as you keep working your legs, you will no longer feel this soreness

need to be doing daily cardio for my leanmax atm
i just keep going w stretching and w the cardio and will get better?

Bro honestly you will lose more weight and look better if you skip cardio and just do some HIIT workouts. I used to run 49 minutes a day but you just eat it right back anyway

i’m cal restricted to 1500 + walked 1hr at good pace 4mph
maybe i’ll walk to gym also

I went on a diet of cheese itz only, worked like a charm, looked gaunt asf in only 3 weeks

how many cals did you consume a day? and what was ur maintenance? no cardio?

when im hungry rn i’m eating 250g egg whites + like 50g cheese lol. it’s like 30g protein and like 300cals which ain’t too bad
 
I ate 1 cheese it for breakfast, 1 for lunch and 1 for dinner, put salt in my water for electrolytes and took my vitamins

No working out at all, that’s why I consumed no food but I already had a good base from working out for so long

any idea how large of a deficit you were on from maintenance.

To keep my mind off the hunger I would go online and buy new clothes with money that would’ve been wasted on food, so that kept me going. I usually ate around 3000-3500 calories so it was pretty rough at first but when you start to see your cheekbones😍

Yea around there, I went from 119 to now 190lbs was sick of being victim weight. Bro if you look at Sean strickland pictures when he had to cut weight you will know they are coping
