How to reduce nipple size

Serious question, i have larger nipples genetics (not aerolas), shit sticks out so much in t shirts especially baggy ones cuz it gets hard or looks hard when it’s not, it’s one of my most insecure failos. I don’t get how people have a pimple sized nipple while my shit is about 1 cm dimensions.
Is it swollen? The top is red all the time instead of brown. Areola annd nipple gets itchy sometimes.

I don’t want to wear a brah, bandaids/covers are a hassle and I’ve ran out
