nopedo u take accutane ?
It could not be that deep.Root casue of your issue is vascular hyperreactivity
Eithe use 0.33% brimonidine gel or use 0.75% metronidazole gel if u feel inflammation is also present

Ahh ty, yea that makes sense lol but what do i do against the acne thenIt could not be that deep.
Maybe he is applying products that don’t sit well with his skin and are giving him a reaction.
I’d say he should approach it by trying to find any possible causes of the irritation first, it’s way more likely he is doing something wrong currently, than that he has that weird condition.
Edit: went to your profile, it definitely is your current skincare routine. OP is on high strength azelaic acid and benzoyl peroxide. Stop using them so often until your skin calms down a bit, then reintroduce them gradually without forcing the irritation. That’s the solution.
You could do accutane, its the only permanent fixAhh ty, yea that makes sense lol but what do i do against the acne then
my acne aint thatt bad thats why i tried to avoid it because it comes with a lot of side effectsYou could do accutane, its the only permanent fix
Facial redness that is persistent or episodic is often driven by neurovascular dysregulation rather than simple surface irritation. That is why targeting vascular tone made more sense to me.It could not be that deep.

well uh didnt mention it there mb, but if u look on my profile u find the things i use for skincare. could have said thatFacial redness that is persistent or episodic is often driven by neurovascular dysregulation rather than simple surface irritation. Unfortunately, the op didnt mention the skin products he was using, which is the info people should always provide when asking about any skin condition. Your recommendation is probably the safer first line approach
No worries. You can now mark his reply as your solutionwell uh didnt mention it there mb, but if u look on my profile u find the things i use for skincare. could have said that
i dont noU have prob higher blood pressure
I am actually on 20mg of accutane daily myself and experience 0 side effects (no hair loss, no joint pain, no depression), apart from some minor lip dryness which I can avoid completely if I apply a thick layer of vaseline every night.Ahh ty, yea that makes sense lol but what do i do against the acne then
yea im gonna talk with my doc maybe ill get a prescription for accutane, ty broI am actually on 20mg of accutane daily myself and experience 0 side effects (no hair loss, no joint pain, no depression), apart from some minor lip dryness which I can avoid completely if I apply a thick layer of vaseline every night.
I tried every product under the sun to try fix my acne and nothing seemed to work completely. Everything got clear once I started 10mg daily.
I get my bloodwork done too, and there is not a visible change in any marker. The only reason I upped to 20mg is to finish a course so acne never comes back again and I can stop using it.
But theoretically you could use 10mg for life, or ~2 years (if you don’t want to be on it forever)
Maybe you are 18 and your acne was gonna go away forever at 20 (like it happens to many people). Hypothetically you could use the lowest amount that gets rid of your acne (like 5mg daily) and hop off at 20 and never have had to finish a whole accutane course, which means reaching a total cumulative dose of around 120mg/kg (8400mg for a 70kg person spread out over however long to get rid of acne forever).
