Hide it by growing lashes (using oral minox or topical minox or Latisse, talk to your doc abt it or sm) and curling them. You can also fraud bigger lashes by tightlining, using clear mascara and curling them.

Relax your frontalis muscle, most people walk around with their forehead tensed slightly which makes their brows appear higher-set and makes it seem like they have higher UEE than they really do. Relaxing your forehead/frontalis can fix that.

does that help the canthal tilt aswell? Mine is neutral. I was also wondering if I should cut my medial canthus. The risk is going blind & I’m not fully sure cuz it could make my eyes appear more close set but i have almond eyes and i feel like it could give the appearance of slightly pos canthal tilt
