I used to do orb oculi training or some shit by oscar patel it worked for a while and i was seeing results but they faded as soon as i stopped doing it
so i just wanna know how to get them permanently without surgery

impossible to make it permanent without surgery, eyelid pulling works for me good but you have to do it everyday since its temporary
