Quarantine and sitting in a chair for 12 hours a day has brutalised my endurance.
Went to the park to do some HIIT and felt like I was gonna faint, I underestimated how subhuman my endurance has become.

How to regain it slowly?

One major issue I face is that I carry one 1L bottle and I use that in like 3 sprints, but I have to do way more overall.
If I could carry 5L of water to the park that'd help ngl.

after the fainting feeling it gets easier

Just go for a run. Should be np to do 5km

you don't need to do anything different, if you haven't excercised in months is normal you feel like shit after your first day

what about the water boyos?
any suggestions? I find it impossible to go further carrying only 1L of water that gets finished within the first 20 minutes jfl

Take sodium bicarbonate (also known as baking soda/bicarbonate of soda) mixed in water before you run to prevent metabolic acidosis. Don't chug water in one go either, take a sip every 5 minutes or so. Can also warm up with breath hold walks to build co2 tolerance.
