How to regrow plucked eyebrows ?

I just got the eyebrows pilled, I had straight thick and dark eyebrows since I'm a child but I plucked them hardly since I'm 15 because low iq and trying to be beautiful in the wrong way (the women way), any tips to regrow them ?

Rn I'm yeast and castor oil daily, I avoid minox it sucked for me, I'll try to eat some stuff that make me hairy

I feel like they are, I see some tiny follicles everywhere, I reccommend not plucking your eyebrows ever except between the eyes
