Eye bags are multi-causal. You first have to determine what's causing the eyebags...
1. Is it melanin?
2. Is it nutritional deficiencies?
3. Is it lack of sleep?
4. Is it lack of fat?
5. Is it lack of bone support?

Once you have ruled out an answer you can apply an effective solution.

The skin under my eyes is way thinner then on my cheekbones for example, that is lack of fat right? and is there any way to fix that without doing shit like fat grafting

So first, everyone's skin is thinner around the eyes, it's normal, but if your skin is so translucid to the point where you can easily see blood vessels, that's a sign yours is too thin. Non-surgical solutions for this exist, I'll list them here for u:
  • Fillers: Obviously, basically the free trial version of fat grafting, doesn't last forever, but it's an option that doesn't have you getting surgery.
  • Serums: Certain peptide-based serums made for the eye area (like The Ordinary's Multi-peptide Eye Serum) can help with collagen production and thicken the skin, the same is true for retinoids, ALTHOUGH BE CAREFUL WITH RETINOIDS, they must be specifically tailored for the eye area, regular retinoids can be very bad for thin and delicate skin, it must be specifically made for the eye area, these products usually use retinal, instead of retinol or, god forbid, something stronger.
  • Microneedling: This can work for the same reason serums work, when done in the appropriate frequency and with proper depth as to not damage the skin, it can help increase collagen production and by extension thicken the skin.
  • Volufiline: Controversial one, it lacks scientific evidence, it's a very sketchy brand as a whole, but we have to admit that there's quite some anecdotal evidence claiming it works (although a conflict of interest may be present with content creators). If you're willing to try it, go for it, who knows, but I doubt it works.
Depending on how bad the problem really is, your only true options will be fillers or fat grafting, but the other stuff is worth at least trying.

ah okay thanks, ill try the serums and maybe try the volufiline too to see if it has any effect. Thanks bro
