How to remove sebaceous filaments ?

I’ve had them aswell as blackheads on my nose and between my eyebrows for awhile and it is really holing me back is there and thing I could get at a pharmacy or smth over the counter as I’m a minor ?

make sure to cleanse your face very well, I would also recommend salicylic acid

Yes I have a salicylic acid and a toner but is there anything I could get from a pharmacy?
