Im waking up at 6am and sleeping at like 2am rn
 
only getting a job really worked for me
 
what worked for me was staying awake for an entire day, if you can't do that, then try to sleep 2-3 hours later than you usually sleep

ex, if you sleep at 4 pm, sleep at 6
if you sleep at 8 pm, sleep at 10
