topical tretinoin, red light therapy, Platelet Rich Plasma therapy, eating raw beef liver once a week, avoiding midday sun on face via cap (tanning and also morning sun is still alright)

Have you done red light therapy and platelet rich plasma therapy? And what about supplements like reservatrol for reducing aging on a cellular level. I used to take it, but its expensive so not atm.

And is my current skin cain routine good ( I wear sunscreen first thing in the morning, then take 1 pill of collagen everyday, and I stay indoors, i also avoid fast foods. I used to be not good with excercise but plan to get back to it )

Probably Retin-A and some research have shown that patients that went through an accutane treatment had higher levels of collagen after a few months so micro-dosing seems like a good idea.

any turbo redlightcels in here willing to vouch for it? I got the device but cba to waste 20 min a day if it does nothing

Bloodletting does in mice. Give whole blood donation and then 8 weeks later do that again.

Dermarolling also does but won't do much for someone in their 20s.

why? is it too young / too old?

I think enough hasn't been lost yet from aging. Not really sure how much it might help someone that got a lot of sun in their 20s.
