I need to know how to reverse bonesmashing naturally

Swiss made a video about this before he killed himself. You need to hit fast with really low force. It erodes the bone but the force is not sufficient to stimulate growth.

I heard about this theory as well that if you don't hit hard enough you will get bone loss. Any source showing its legit? Since bonesmahsing has Wolff law behind it to promote growth

Eppley will go bankrupt and have ni more bone shaving clients if this is true jfl

He had a chart showing bone loss on low impact. Wolff's law has a minimum force threshold.

By this logic you can bonesmash light to reduce the width of your forehead for example
